The fine print
In-stock pieces ship from the workshop in 3–5 working days by freight carrier. Made-to-order pieces carry the lead time shown on the piece itself.
Delivery is a flat $149 nationwide, blanket-wrapped and insured. Orders over $3,000 include delivery in the price.
Large pieces are delivered to the room of your choice where the carrier can reach it. Stair carries above one flight are quoted separately before dispatch.
In-stock pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original wrapping, less the outbound delivery cost. Contact the studio to arrange collection.
Made-to-order and commissioned pieces are cut to your specification and cannot be returned once production begins. You may cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund.
If a piece arrives damaged, send photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we repair or replace it at our cost.
Card: the secure checkout takes payment at the time of ordering once the studio's payment account is connected.
Bank invoice: we issue an invoice against the production schedule, with a 50% deposit to begin and the balance before dispatch.
Digital assets: settle in USDC or BTC against a rate locked at the moment of payment. The studio confirms receipt before production starts.
We store the name, email and delivery details you give us, plus the contents of your orders and requests, to fulfil them and to answer you.
We do not sell your details or share them with anyone beyond the carrier delivering your piece and the payment provider processing it.
Ask the studio at any time to export or delete what we hold about you.
Timber is a natural material: grain, tone and figure vary between pieces, and variation is not a fault. Dimensions are nominal within 5 mm.
Estimates from the build studio are indicative until the studio confirms a written quote.
